I am a happy resident of California for nearly 40 years, having begun in the Real Estate profession, in 1991, in Northern California, in the San Francisco Bay Area, from Palo Alto, CA. - San Jose, CA., then relocating to San Diego, in 1996, to be closer to family members and continue my ongoing real estate career.
As a Luxury Homes Specialist, representing clients ranging from sellers, first time buyers, income property owners, commercial clients to seniors downsizing from a primary residence to one of less maintenance, primarily, in San Diego County, in addition to Orange County and Northern California, has given me the diversity of experience, through the years, of problem solving in a multitude of Real Estate situations with great satisfaction and success.
In addition, I have been a recent past recipient of prior Broker's affiliation, of the President's Circle Award, which honors the top 3% Residential Property Professionals, surpassing extraordinary sales measures in terms of number of transactions or sales production in a given year.
Listening carefully to client requirements and concerns and doing my utmost, promptly, to fulfill those requests, has earned the trust of many clients, many whom have become dear friends.
Taking courses continuously to stay on top of changing trends and laws in the real estate field, having recently been awarded, Certified Negotiation Expert Designation, which covered topics including collaborative win-win negotiating, the Psychology of Buying, persuasion principles, case studies and Skill practice/role plays enables me to be an ongoing, valuable information source to all my cherished clients.
Being an East Coast transplant from Philadelphia, PA., with a B.A. Degree from Temple University in History and Education, coupled with my family business of antiques and interior design, with prior professional experience in sales, advertising, law and stock brokerage, has lain the foundation for the Real Estate profession.
The diversity of my background, coming from different regions has enabled me to be an excellent relocation source for my clients through networking with other colleagues, regionally, nationally, and internationally, allowing me to continue my high level of service for my out-of-state clients.
I speak French and Italian, and in my free time, devote services to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, KQED Public Media, National Trust for Historic Preservation, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Save our Heritage Organization.
