This strategic alliance will enable us all to better serve our markets by reaching beyond the local level to a global level,” she added.

“As agents and owners, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of customer

service” said Scott.  “We knew our core values matched those of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and that we were teaming up with leaders of the highest caliber.  Our agents are extremely dynamic and we are excited for the opportunities that this partnership will afford them and their clients.”

The office, which is located in the heart of the downtown Marina District at 560 1st Avenue, will continue to benefit from the leadership and direction of current Manager Jeff Douglass and existing staff. “Francine and Raye have built a successful company in the downtown market,” says Arrington. “They have assembled a strong team of leaders and agents that will compliment our existing network of offices throughout San Diego.”

Scott and Finn founded their original company in 2010 and have more than 40 years experience in real estate. “They have demonstrated a long record of service and commitment to the urban residential market,” said Jones-Church. “Their reputation for personal service is consistent with the ideals of this firm and we are proud to have them represent us in this important San Diego community.
