Pacific Sotheby's Realty Welcomes Ann LeBaron and Dale Bowen

Ann and Dale have tremendous experience in real estate and the downtown market. They are excited to utilize the tools afforded by the Sotheby's International Realty brand to increase awareness of all the benefits that Downtown San Diego offers to residents.

For Ann LeBaron and Dale Bowen selling downtown real estate is selling a lifestyle.  The truth is that life in beautiful downtown San Diego is more convenient than any other location in the county.  It offers access to the harbor, marinas, Gaslamp Quarter, Ballpark, Seaport Village,  Horton Plaza, and numerous downtown parks and dog walking areas.  Balboa Park is a wonderful "back yard" for downtown residents, and Coronado Beach is minutes away by car or by boat.  The airport is a few miles away, and a ten dollar cab fare will get you there.  The trolley, Coaster, and train provide stress free transportation.  All of this equates to more time to devote to the things you really enjoy and more time for fun!

Ann and Dale sell the lifestyle from first hand experience.  Dale originally came downtown to close out the sales at Columbia Place after finishing her tenure as Sales Manager of Uptown in Hillcrest.  She fell in love with the downtown location and bought a residence at Watermark when she was Sales Manager there.  Her partnership with Ann began in 1995 when she recommended Ann to sell the Harbor Club condominiums with her as the on-site agents.  Ann had ten years of real estate experience as Downtown Residential Expert for Coldwell Banker.

After selling Harbor Club, they were recruited to Sell 464 Prospect, a development by Desert Troon, in an exclusive enclave of La Jolla.  There, they continued to build on their reputation of selling the most luxurious condominiums at top dollar per square foot, but they always continued to sell downtown San Diego too and managed to have record breaking sales in both locals.  After leaving 464 Prospect, they committed to  downtown San Diego as their area of specialization and haven't left since!

"When we started selling together we laughed to say that we had sold over five hundred condos and had 50 years of real estate experience between us.  Now, we have stopped counting!"

Both are residents of the Marina District and are widely known as the expert luxury condominium lifestyle specialists.  "When we show property we think of each building as a vertical neighborhood.  Each develops a personality.  We share this expertise with potential Buyers."

Both feel that downtown has a sense of community and neighborliness rarely found in San Diego's urban areas.  You get to know your neighbors when you walk to the market, pop in for lunch at a cafe, or stroll through one of the many parks with your dog.  Renters testing out the lifestyle rarely decide against it, and those that buy a part time residence often upgrade or even buy adjoining condos creating luxurious mansions in the sky!  "Many of the residential towers including Harbor Club, Pinnacle, the Meridian, Metropolitan, Bayside and the Mark feature combined layouts from 3000-7000 square feet.  This kind of financial commitment shows that residents love it downtown.  Our job gets easier and more interesting as there is more inventory and more variety.  We live downtown and we love it!"
